The firm was founded in 2001 by Yorkville’s President & Partner Mark Angelo, an alumnus of both the May Davis Group and the Boston Group. The firm provides these investments across various industries and countries. Our funds are often the sole investor in a capital raise, allowing for a controlled and disciplined exit strategy.
