The Enterprise Zone specialises in life sciences and promotes the continuing development of a leading innovation cluster within the North West’s life science sector. The MediPark (the part of the Enterprise zone) caters specifically for life sciences, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, and is situated adjacent to the University Hospital of South Manchester, an internationally recognised research centre.
