Innosuisse is the Swiss agency for innovation promotion. Their main goal is to promote science-based innovation in the interests of industry and society in Switzerland. They have a flagship initiative that focuses on systemic and transdisciplinary innovations. Recently, Innosuisse has chosen the topic of AI in life sciences, specifically in human health, to advance effective solutions in this field. They work with consortia of research institutions and companies to drive innovation. Unfortunately, Innosuisse recently experienced the loss of their Vice President, Trudi Hämmerli, who was a passionate advocate for start-ups and innovation promotion.
